Polylifts are a device designed to pull the load on the surface and lift it at different angles. The resulting force for this operation is created through hand force and causes the load to move through the handle installed on the puller to the steel chain through which the tensile force is transferred to the load. Polylifts are available in common tonnages of 0.8 tons - 1.6 tons - 3.2 tons - 6.3 tons.

In polylifts, steel chains with G80 steel grade are used, which have a high percentage of carbon and have high surface hardness and wear. Therefore, the service life of the chain polylift is higher than that of the towed polylifts. In the production of polylift connecting chain, which has a minimum tensile strength of 550 N/mm2, thermal hardening is used to provide high tension and security in the connection.

1.6 ton vital lever block

1.6 ton chain lever block can be found in the Iranian market under the VITAL brand of Japan and as a Chinese production plan. There is a significant difference in efficiency, safety and longevity as well as in the price of the original Japanese chain lever block and the Chinese design. The original 1.6 ton Japanese Vital chain lever block has been produced with a safety factor of 5:2, which means that it has been tested as a suspension with 2.5 times its nominal capacity during the tensile test and issuance of the consumer certificate. This means that a 4-ton weight was used to test the original Vital Chain Puller. Regarding the examples of the production plan in China, it is said that the maximum real power in the security mode for these lever block is equal to their nominal power.
