Wire rope clip consist of three main parts: forged body, U-bolt, and nuts. The bolte ey and nut of the wire rope clip are either made of steel or stainless steel. Steel clips are sometimes produced from steel alloys and sometimes from cast iron alloys.
Due to the high percentage of carbon in the alloy composition of the body, the cast iron towing bracket is vulnerable to the stresses, especially to the impact in cold conditions. Among the different grades of wire rope fasteners, steel grade is the most malleable, but it has lower tensile strength than steel and cast iron fasteners.

TYPES OF CHAIN GRADES
Industrial chains consist of linked segments of durable metal, such as stainless steel, galvanized steel, and brass. They are available in a wide range of sizes and strengths to lift and transport materials across a diverse set of applications.

The tensile strength of the base material—i.e., the ultimate breaking strength—determines the rating and grade given to the particular chain. The greater the breaking strength, the higher the grade, and vice versa. The grade indicated for a chain helps industry professionals identify the types of applications for which it is appropriate. For example, the strength of galvanized chains relies on the amount of carbon present in the metal as grade 30 chain has less carbon, it is weaker than grade 40 chain and suitable for service duty applications rather than heavy-duty applications.

Galvanized tower crane rope

Tower crane wire rope, which is also known as micro-texture, is produced from steel alloys to have the appropriate tensile strength for lifting loads with the tower. Since a high percentage of the steel alloy consists of iron metal, which has unstable electrons, the tower crane wire ropes rust quickly without surface protection.
The towing wire of the tower crane is of the non-rotating type and is often cold galvanized with a thin coating of zinc zinc which has a thickness of 16 to 18 microns. G43 chain

Steel chains are actually produced using low carbon iron alloys. The iron chain is offered in the market both in black without plating and in silver color with cold galvanized plating. Steel chain is malleable and has low tensile strength compared to dry and steel chains. Therefore, iron chains are used for industrial applications except for lifting loads with cranes. Steel chains in different sizes are often used from 6 mm and above for mall hangers and are used in different grades from G30 to G43. The tensile strength of G43 grade iron chains is 400 newtons per square millimeter. G43 iron chains are loaded and marketed inside iron barrels of different sizes.
