The processes of establishing this factory was begun in 1977 and set up in 1978 . In 1979 , solar Hijri, it was announced as a national company and most of its shares was given to Irans National Industrial Organization . In 1994 , Irans National industrial organization supplied all 59 of its shares on the floor of the stock Exchange of tehran for sale that whole of them was bought by the manager and employees of tous woollen company and it was changed into a personal seetion . The capital of company has been inereased during several processes from the place of reserve of dividend and share holders claims and reached at 14 milliard Rials . The projeets of expansion of tous woollen company was done during several processes by establishing spinning line of serge yarn in 1998 with capacity of 430 tones yarn No.40/2 metric per year and project of expansion of weaving line in 2001 with capacity of 420000 m ² serge cloth and 24000 m ² seatcover of car per year It is necessary to mention that producing seatcover of car has been begun in 1994 and during more than 10 years , the essential technical knowledge for producing seatcover of car has been , ac . cording to the universal standards . Meanwhile the machinery and establishments of factory have been provided gradually for producing seatcover of car during these ten years . Also modern and equipped laboratory facilities suitable for testing the quality of seatcover of car have been provided that are mentioned in related section .
