What are the types of coating materials for coating the tow wire?

PA nylon sheathed cable
Nylon-sheathed cable, also known as polyamide PA-sheathed cable, is one of the most popular cable sheaths in the industry, and for good reason. For example, nylon sheathed cables have been shown to extend mechanical cable life by a factor of three. Secondly, nylon is also hard and durable. Its toughness and flexibility make it a suitable coating for cables in rotary applications, where the cables are guided on pulleys.

PVC vinyl coated cable

The main application of coated wire ropes is in small sizes, which we will refer to below. Wire ropes in small sizes are mainly made by extruding, including 2 mm coating of different polymer materials. Of course, this value can be adjusted.
